Every Package Includes:
Complete plans, engineering, construction, and standard health permits
Portable restroom provided during construction
Excavation up to 5 feet deep (minimum 7 ft access required); soil removal up to 5 miles off-site
Steel reinforcement framework
Plumbing with up to 30 feet of pipe run
Electrical run up to 50 feet included
Shotcrete structure with integrated steps and benches per design
Waterline tile allowance up to $8.50/sq ft
Standard white precast grip-style coping
White plaster finish for the pool interior
Thorough post-construction site cleanup
Safety alarms (as required by code)
Full care and maintenance guidance provided

Site preparation (e.g., removal of grass, concrete, or existing surfaces)
Rock excavation or removal
Jackhammering or heavy demolition
Limited access conditions (less than 7 feet clearance)
Hardscaping elements (pavers, patios, etc.)
Fencing (may be required by state regulations)
Repair of irrigation or landscaping
Property line surveys
Additional costs related to poor soil conditions
Upgrades to the existing main electrical panel
