Yes! We hold all the necessary documents and requirements for general contracting in the state of California; including contractor’s license & bond, worker’s compensation insurance, general liability insurance.
Well for starters, your money isn't lining the pockets of huge corporations. Our sales commission is a modest percentage compared to some of our biggest competitors, however, we pay the same as they do when it comes to materials, equipment, labor, etc -- which means we may not have the cheapest prices, but we do operate and hold ourselves to the same standards.
With a smaller project volume than the bigger pool companies here in the inland empire , we can keep a more watchful eye on projects and offer a more intimate relationship with our customers. There is no hassle dealing with multiple salespersons or designers that don't share the same objective or integrity. With only about 20 to 30 pools a year, rest assured that our license & bonds cover every project we take on in the event of a worldwide recession or similar.
Typically new projects take anywhere between 8 to 12 weeks. Remodels vary depending on the work involved. Completion dates are not definite (and we let our customers know this upfront), as this industry is subject to material & manufacturing delays. Other delays such as HOA approvals, permit issuance, weather and situations such as covid are to be expected.
Financing can be obtained by our trusted third party companies we work with that have helped our customers secure pool loans for years now. You can also check with your bank or credit union to learn about their rates.
Stage payments are arranged according to the contract and work to be done. Payment is due once the stage is complete; some stages may take a couple days while some stages may be completed in a couple hours (ie: if excavation can be completed in one day and plumbing is started & completed that same day, both payments would be due).
We cannot guarantee that work will be conducted every day, with no exceptions to weekends, holidays, or if the property is located within a gated/restricted community with noise & construction ordinances. It is expected to have downtime in between stages -- we have multiple projects going at once as well as coordinating our sub-contractors and their schedules. We know you and your family want as little hiccups as possible, as do we, so please be patient with us and the process.
This depends -- manufacturer warranty is valid for 3 years from the installment date.
